ABOUT US
SARCIN is a global initiative designed to identify and uncover serial sexual predators exploiting trusted relationships. Through survivor collaboration and ethical investigation, we uncover patterns of abuse and guide the survivors toward safer environments, informed legal choices and sustained emotional support.
Our Mission
SARCIN, the Serial Acquaintance-Rapists Counter Intelligence Network, exists to protect women from repeat acquaintance rapists by uncovering patterns that are too often missed. These predators do not operate in the shadows. They hide in plain sight as friends, colleagues, landlords or romantic partners. They rely on trust, silence and fractured systems to keep offending.
Our mission is to gather survivor accounts, build credible evidence and connect those who have been harmed by the same individual or pattern of abuse. By quietly linking stories and applying criminal pattern analysis, we help ensure that no voice goes unheard and no predator remains invisible.
Too many survivors never come forward because they fear disbelief or retaliation. SARCIN breaks that cycle by offering private safe channels to speak up. We believe survivors and we act on their courage. Our work restores dignity where systems have failed. We do not rely on donations, we do not publicize our operations on social media and we never compromise privacy.
Our approach is rooted in long term change not momentary headlines. We seek justice through persistence, accountability and connection. Every story we receive is treated with deep care and confidentiality. We know that speaking out takes immense bravery so we do everything in our power to ensure it is met with action not silence.
We also advocate for institutional reform by quietly documenting patterns of inaction, neglect or complicity by landlords housing agencies schools and even law enforcement.
Our goal is to make sure that no one can say they did not know. Where we cannot go through the front door, we find another way to protect those at risk.
How We Work
SARCIN operates through a discreet multi-step process built to protect survivors and expose repeat offenders. We do not function as a public database or news outlet. We work quietly behind the scenes connecting the dots that others often miss. Our core methods include:
- Collecting survivor reports through secure encrypted channels
- Cross referencing cases using criminal profiling methods like ViCLAS
- Partnering with vetted lawyers, investigators and crisis professional
- Offering relocation and emergency support where safety is compromised
Every case is treated with care. We validate information without forcing public disclosure. Many survivors come to us after being ignored by police or threatened by landlords, professors or peers. We ensure their voice adds to a bigger picture that holds weight.
Our intelligence model borrows from law enforcement best practices without the institutional failures. Survivors remain in control of how their information is used. We do not sensationalize their stories. We act on them.
We also use private intelligence tools to identify behavioral patterns that are statistically associated with serial predation. This includes digital footprint analysis behavioral mapping and proximity timelines. We are not interested in smear campaigns or unsupported accusations. Our goal is to build enough verified patterns that action becomes necessary whether through legal accountability eviction education or warning others discreetly.
We work on a case-by-case basis but patterns often emerge quickly. Two reports about a man threatening housing withdrawal in exchange for sex might be years apart but they are never ignored. Our teams flag these matches and escalate them to legal partners who assess feasibility for next steps including criminal charges civil suits restraining orders or media exposure when appropriate.
Our Reach
SARCIN is both local and global. We operate through quiet networks across cities and continents. Whether a survivor is in Berlin, New York, Nairobi or Manila we tap into trusted regional support teams to offer culturally sensitive and safe guidance. Our reach includes collaborations with:
- Local community advocates and legal volunteers
- Regional safe housing providers
- International law firms and digital security experts
We recognize that not every survivor has access to support in their language or culture so we work to fill that gap. We prioritize accessibility through multilingual reporting systems, low tech contact options and trauma informed intake processes.
Every voice matters. A single survivor’s account can alert us to a larger pattern. Each confirmed report makes it easier to protect the next woman before harm happens. We work without borders but always with focus. In many cases our involvement has led to coordinated legal action anonymous warnings across campuses or simply a safe exit from a toxic environment.
Our Partners
All partnerships are vetted. All services are offered pro bono or through trusted grants. We never accept funding that compromises our independence or the privacy of those we serve. We do not seek attention. We seek impact.
We also regularly consult with sociologists, digital rights groups and anti-trafficking organizations to strengthen our model and expand our reach. Collaboration is key. Our mission is only as strong as the network that holds it.
Want to join the network? Whether you are a legal professional, therapist, investigator or survivor advocate, we welcome skill-aligned contributions that strengthen our mission.
