SARCIN is a global counter-intelligence network dedicated to helping survivors identify and expose serial acquaintance rapists and predators who operate behind closed doors, shielded by trust, silence and social credibility.

We work to dismantle these patterns of abuse by gathering hard evidence, connecting survivor testimonies across borders and building discreet profiles of known offenders.

Through strategic intelligence sharing, survivor advocacy and safe relocation support, SARCIN helps prevent repeat offenses, empowering women to reclaim their voices safely and on their terms.

WHAT WE DO

“More than 80% of acquaintance rapes are never reported with many offenders striking again without ever being held accountable.” SARCIN is here to change that.

Our efforts focus on safeguarding survivors and uncovering repeat acquaintance rapists. These offenders often avoid detection by gaining trust and staying just outside the reach of formal justice systems. By connecting stories across borders and analyzing behavioral patterns, we build intelligence that reveals serial abuse even when no one incident looks like a crime on its own.

SARCIN gathers survivor accounts, verifies details and maps out repeat tactics used by known individuals. What begins as a quiet report becomes part of a wider effort to identify and stop ongoing harm. Our work is never rushed. Survivors remain in full control and we only act with their consent.

We believe every survivor deserves protection, not just belief but real action. Even when institutions look away, SARCIN steps in.

Acquaintance rape is sexual violence committed by someone the victim knows personally, such as a friend, coworker, landlord, teacher or partner. Over 80 percent of survivors report knowing their assailant. These assaults often occur within seemingly normal or even caring relationships. Perpetrators use trust, emotional manipulation and power dynamics to control their victims and keep them silent, allowing the abuse to continue without accountability.

Acquaintance rapists often hide behind kindness, trust and authority. They may offer housing, favors or emotional support that seem generous at first but quickly shift into control. Victims may feel pressured to stay silent, sign secrecy agreements or comply with rules that change without warning.

Look out for sudden mood swings, isolation from friends, or threats tied to rent or reputation. These are not isolated events. They are calculated patterns. Trust your instincts. You are not alone.
